While these are our normal business hours, that does not mean
that someone is always available at the front desk or to answer
the phones. Our primary responsibility is the care of our boarding
and grooming guests. With this in mind, please understand that
we request that you make an appointment prior to visiting the
Resort. Tours are normally scheduled in the morning between
5:00PM.
We strive to answer all calls as they come in; however, if we are
busy with our guests, you will be forwarded to our voice mail.
Please be assured that we check it often and will return your call
promptly.
