A visit to the Spa includes a brush out, specialty shampoo, ear and anal gland
care, and hand blow dry. If matting is found, there will be additional charges
depending on the length of time necessary to ensure the comfort of the guest.
Grooming services are available for those guests requiring de-shedding, a
cut, and/or style. Please ask for a quote based on your pet’s individual
needs.
Nail care is important to the health and safety of all guests. Guests should
have received a recent pedicure prior to admission for boarding. We are
happy to provide this service if you find it more convenient. If the nail length
becomes a safety concern during a boarding stay, a pedicure will be given at
owner’s expense.
All boarding guests staying 4 or more days will be given a complimentary
bath prior to departure. If you would like your pet to receive the additional
services included in a Spa visit, we will be happy to include that in their
departure schedule. Guests that require more frequent bathing to ensure
their good health and hygiene will be given Spa baths at owner’s expense
during their stay.
