Dear Lisa,
Just wanted to let you know how happy I am to have found your Resort for my little
"Misty." As you know, I travel 16 miles one way, and past 10 groomers before I get
to you. In fact, I have 5 groomers within 1 mile of my home. Since it is very important
to me that Misty gets the proper care I would rather travel for peace of mind.
Misty has been boarded and groomed at Paradise Palms now for two years, and
Lisa's personal attention reflects in the spa service, of grooming, pedicure, and ear
care. She fluffs her up so much I just love the way she looks, and it is not easy since
Misty has such fine thin hair for a Toy Poodle, but Lisa makes her beautiful.
The Saloon is always clean and fresh. Lisa is very professional, and keeps very
current records for proof of vaccinations and emergency contacts up to date.

Palms and Lisa Greene, we felt comfortable leaving Sam I Am there when we
travel.
Sam I Am goes to Lisa’s readily and is happy to be there. The accommodations

Dear Lisa,
After almost 4 years of outstanding service and care to our Beau, we realized that
we never gave you the acclimations that you deserve. Your loving care of our most
precious possession has always been reliable, dependable, and trust worthy.
When we travel, it is very important to us to know that Beau is in good hands with
Beau was taking medication for minor health problems and we did not have to cancel
our travel plans knowing full well you would take care of him as if he were your own.
In fact, he was better when we picked him up then when we dropped him off.
We travel quite a distance to bring him to you for grooming and it's always a good
experience for him. He knows your name and when we say we are going to Lisa's,
the tail starts wagging and he gets so excited to see you.

To Whom It May Concern:
Three years ago, my mother and I moved to Florida. We were staying with
friends, who included an elderly woman who used a walked and a wheelchair. My
friends were concerned that our mini Schnauzer might accidentally knock Wilma
over. We could stay, but our dog could not!
I had looked at quite a few kennels prior to our move and was not very asked for a
recommendation. The secretary in the front office said her vet always used
Paradise Palms Pet Resort in Brooksville. I looked them up online and was
impressed by the facility and the obvious care the owner had in her enterprise. I
called and talked to Lisa about taking care of "our baby" for an extended period of
time, possibly 4 weeks or longer. She was very professional and you could tell she
was a genuine dog lover. We made arrangements for Angel's stay and as soon as
we arrived in Brooksville, we dropped her off. Angel liked Lisa right away and we
left feeling she was at the right place.
Angel's stay extended to 6 weeks. During that time, Lisa allowed my mother to
visit Angel on Saturdays, which I now know was a MAJOR interruption of her
routine. Lisa received us warmly and graciously, allowing us to stay for up to an
hour's visit. During these visits, we could see that Angel was happy and well cared
for, much relieving our anxiety. When we were finally able to pick her up, she was
groomed, primped, and ready to go!!
Since that time, we have boarded Angel on numerous occasions, always with the
result of a happy, healthy dog on our return.
We also began having Angel groomed every 6 weeks or so. I had groomed her in
the past and am certainly capably of doing it myself. However, Lisa does such a
good job that we decided to have her do the task!
After every experience with Paradise Palms Pet Resort, our dog has been well
cared for, healthy, and happy. She especially enjoys the extra cuddles and playtime.
We recommend Lisa and Paradise Palms Pet Resort without reservation. Her
kennel is clean and comfortable, a first rate operation. She is a true dog lover
whose first priority is her guests. It is a difficult decision to have to board your
family pet, but knowing that Angel is in Lisa's care guarantees us peace of mind.

groggy, as if he had been sedated, he was vomiting, and his nails had been
trimmed so short that the quicks were bleeding. The owner was unsympathetic to
our concerns, and it was two years before we were comfortable looking for
another boarder for our baby.
When we found Paradise Palms, I was impressed that you gave us a full tour of
the resort, took a full medical history of the dogs, and took the time to answer all
of our questions. When we decided to let the dogs stay with you, you happily took
my daily phone calls to "just check in." You remember their quirks, personalities,
routines, and even allergies. They are always sweet-smelling, clean, healthy, and
happy when we arrive to take them home.
After multiple visits, Shelby and Dempsey now know when they get to vacation
with you. I have to hide the leashes and cannot say "Lisa" while we pack a
suitcase, or else I have a happy Boxer frenzy in the house!!!
Thank you again for the wonderful treatment we have continuously received
