Boarding
Reservations
All boarding reservations at the Resort should be scheduled in advance of
your arrival. Some times we will be filled to our capacity and not able to
accept any more guests. Any vacations planned around a Holiday or in the
summer when school is out should be made as far in advance as possible.

All boarding reservations require a minimum of  5 business days notice  
for cancellations or to change arrival or departure dates. Changes made
without this notice will be billed for the full amount of days reserved at
time the appointment was scheduled.

Our Holiday schedule is listed below.  Holiday periods include the week
before and the week after the Holiday.  
All Holiday reservations require a
3 day, non-refundable deposit. Unless otherwise indicated, this is due
within 7 days of making the reservation.

Check In and Check Out
Boarding guests may schedule their check-in any time during our normal
business hours. Boarding charges at our normal daily rate will begin on
the day of arrival at whatever time you find convenient to drop your pet(s)
off.   

All Guests, boarding and grooming, are required to have proof of current
vaccinations given by a licensed veterinarian (including a Rabies
Certificate) on file prior to admission.  When guests arrive for boarding,
we will conduct a brief check up to ensure that they appear healthy and
free of fleas, ticks, or other parasites.  No guests will be allowed to check
in that appear to be in ill health.  Pets found to have fleas or ticks will be
given a bath and treatment prior to admission to the boarding facility at
the owner's expense.  Please provide your veterinarian’s name and
contact information, as well as an emergency contact name and number
for use during your pet’s stay.  

Check out time is between 8:00AM and 11:00AM.  If you pick up your pet
after 11:00 AM, you will be charged for that day. Please understand that
there will be NO ADMISSIONS OR DEPARTURES outside of our normal
business hours.
We will be providing our usual love and attention for all guest; however,
there will be no admissions or departures on the dates the Resort will be
closed.  We always look forward to caring for our extended family, not
only during Holidays, but throughout the year.  The Resort staff thanks you
for understanding their desire to spend some special time with their family
during these Holiday periods and the necessity to close the office to do
so.
